About the event
Becky Tesch guides monthly Deep Rest Nidra meditations to help you rest and immerse into pure consciousness. Take this class to learn to slow down and just “be.” You may leave feeling reflective, relaxed, and sleep better that night. Sessions are done laying down for maximum relaxation. There’s no position to hold, making this class beginner friendly and blissful for all!
Each month's class will have a different focus.
