Hey, space cadets! Join Becky Tesch and Abby Jacobi of Resonant Heart for a Sci-Fi inspired Nidra sound bath. Becky will lead a meditation story, featuring Sci-Fi concepts from our favorite movies and movies. Abby Jacobi of Resonant Heart will blend gongs, chimes, crystal bowls and more instruments to enhance your meditative state as both women take your mind to new dimensions of consciousness.
